   Sites we will visit include the Fountains of Tampumachay, Temple of the Heart. Sacsayhuaman

•  Pisac Ruins -- Pisac, we will climb the Inca’s stairway and explore the impressive ruins

   Lunch in handcraft marketplace in town

•  Late afternoon check-in at Willka T'ika

Saturday, September 29 -- Visits Moray

•  Morning Program in Chakra Gardens -- Garden Tour by Carol Cumes

•   Picnic Lunch at Moray--Ceremony and writing practice in Moray ruins

Sunday, September 30  Visits The Ruins of Ollaytatambo

•     Pre-breakfast yoga and meditation

     Morning Program in the Chakra Gardens

    Ollantaytambo is the best example of town planning in the Incan Empire

     Evening Medicine Ceremony (optional addtional $75) with local shaman or massages, solar herb baths, or crystal bed  additional fee.

Monday, October 1  Visits Chinchero and Maras

    Pre-breakfast yoga and meditation

•   Morning exercise in Chakra Gardens

    Chinchero is a local weavers town-- Traditional lunch and weaving demonstration.

    2-mile hike alongside of Maras salt flats

Tuesday, October 2-- 8 AM Train to Machu Picchu Guided tour of ruins.

•   Early morning Visa Dome train to Machu Picchu

•   Our guided tour of the ruins will be followed by ample time for personal exploration of the site and its astonishing natural beauty.

  Free afternoon for exploration and hiking

Wednesday, October 3  Return to Machu Picchu(on own) 

•   Hikers gather at 5:30 am for early morning bus to hike Wina Picchu (additional entrance fee US $60),

•   Explore the town of Aquas Caliente or return on own to Machu Picchu (additional entrance fee US $60),

    3 PM group meeting to take train to Cusco  4:00 PM train to return to Cusco

•    Evening check-in Cusco

     Dinner on our own

Thursday, October 4 Touring Cusco Sites by Private Bus. Final Ceremony. Farewell Dinner.

•   Tour Cathedral, Corichoncha,Textile Museum, and Time to explore the markets

•   Late afternoon Despacho and Cocoa leaf readings, and healings

     Celebration  Farewell Dinner at one of Cusco's finest Restaurants Ciccalina's

October 7 DAY 3: BOAT TO COPACABANA. BUS TO RETURN TO PERU.

10-Day adventure with herbal remedies, plant medicine(optional) and local culinary tour.

includes a 4-Day Luxury Trek to Machu Picchu (led by Renee Baribeau and a local Shaman Guide tba), and jungle.

These 10 days are when we will do ceremony in the Sacred Valley visit Machu Picchu after hiking the Inka Trail via Salkantay. Answering the call of Spirit and our inner guidance, here are the places we will visit to engage our awareness of herbal remedies, plant medicine, locally grown food for healing and to experience the vitality of Peru. This segment of the journey will include indigenous ceremonies with Renee and local shamans, as well as time spent in various sacred sites,  and villages designed to open us to our wisdom and Mother Nature.
            


The hike:  famous Salkantay Trek is named among the 25 Best Treks in the World by National Geographic Adventure Travel magazine. Connecting the cities of Mollepata and Cusco with Machu Picchu, the Salkatay Trek is an ancient and remote footpath located in the same region as the Inca Trail, where massive snowcapped mountains collide with lush tropical rain forests.
